World Group Commercial Real Estate has named Jennifer Howell as commercial property manager at its Greater Des Moines office, according to a release. She will supervise both financial and maintenance aspects of West Glen Town Center in West Des Moines. Howell started with World Group in 2012 managing and leasing apartments at West Glen Town Center. She will continue to oversee residential leasing in her new role. Howell is a graduate of the University of Iowa and once worked as a television personality in Des Moines. She started her real estate career in Peoria, Ill., and returned to Des Moines in 2012.
