Hubbell Construction Services has achieved the milestone of reaching 5,000 multifamily units built since 2008. The division is part of the 168-year-old Hubbell Realty Co. and focuses on third-party general contracting services for industrial, multifamily, office, commercial and senior living projects. It also oversees construction of all projects in the Hubbell portfolio. To date, Hubbell Construction Services averages about $100 million annual volume and has built more than 2 million square feet of commercial space.
