The Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association (ICREA) honored eight of its members with Industry Awards at the organization’s annual meeting last week. Tim Sharpe and Linda Gibbs of CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial’s Iowa Private Client Group received a Broker of the Year award; Tyler Dingel of CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial was named Rising Star of the Year; Bill Wright, Dave Little and Brian Phillips of Terrus Real Estate Group were recognized for Deal of the Year (exceeding $5.5 million) for signing an anchor tenant at Parkwood Plaza Urbandale; Jeff Spence of CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial was honored for Deal of the Year (less Than $5.5 million) for closing the sale of the Younkers building downtown; and Mark Patterson of the Polk County assessor’s office received an Industry Impact Award.
