Inclusion Forum set for Nov. 16
This year’s Greater Des Moines Partnership Inclusion Forum is set for 8 a.m. to noon Nov. 16 at the Hilton Des Moines Downtown hotel. The theme is “Sharing Best Practices, Celebrating Success and Inspiring Action.” Drake University philosophy and religion professor Jennifer Harvey, author of the books “Dear White Christians” and “Raising White Kids: Bringing Up Children in a Racially Unjust America,” will be the keynote speaker. Other sessions will examine storytelling and how to access untapped talent. This year’s Inclusion Awards will be presented.
