Insurance consumer assistance board launched
Iowans with health insurance concerns have a new resource available. Iowa Insurance Consumer Advocate Angel Robinson announced the formation of the Consumer Assistance Resource Board, which will represent a range of nonprofit and consumer advocacy groups that provide health insurance consumer services and resources.
The board’s first meeting will be held June 23 at the State Capitol, Room G15 (the Legislative Dining Room), from 2 to 4 p.m. For more information, call the Consumer Advocate’s office at 281-4038.
