The Iowa Finance Authority has received three national awards for excellence in marketing and asset management from the National Council of State Housing Agencies, according to a release. The NCSHA awards program mission is to share information about the most successful housing programs, identify industry best practices, recognize exemplary Housing Finance Agency efforts, and encourage HFA innovation. The winning programs were judged on originality, innovation, a proven track record in the marketplace, cost/benefit ratio and measurable benefits provided to targeted customers. The finance authority received awards for 2017 Annual Report: Big Picture Iowa, 2017 HousingIowa Conference – The Pineapple Club, and the Multifamily Asset Management Portal.
