Iowa Health Des Moines is planning a new 17,500-square-foot medical building at 6010 Mills Civic Parkway in West Des Moines. Jennifer Perry, director of media relations for Iowa Health, said the building will house two clinics. Perry said Iowa Health will not sell the building at 35th Street and E.P. True Parkway, just relocate the tenants to the new building. The building is targeted for completion in spring 2008.
