Iowa Health System CEO gets national recognition
Bill Leaver, president and CEO of Iowa Health System, made it onto The Becker’s Hospital Review list of “100 Non-Profit Hospital, Health System CEOs to Know.”
Leaver was the only Iowa-based CEO among the top leaders in the nation in the hospital and health-care industry. Leaver has been president and CEO of Iowa Health System, which includes 25 hospitals and more than 600 physicians, since 2008.
Candidates were selected based on their health-care experience, awards and involvement in the community.
