A report today from the Iowa Association of Realtors showed statewide trends in house sales that reflect those reported last week for Greater Des Moines. Sales and prices were up in February, and the time needed to sell a house was down. The Iowa Association of Realtors said sales rose by 5 percent to 1,971 last month from 1,877 in January. The median sales price in February was $128,916, compared with $119,900 the same time last year.
