Iowa Student Loan, a private nonprofit student lending organization, recently purchased a pair of office buildings in West Des Moines, the organization announced today.

The purchase agreement, between Iowa Student Loan and R&R Realty Group, includes the Ashford I and Ashford II buildings at 6775 and 6805 Vista Drive, as well as nearby land for future parking.

The organization purchased the buildings and land for $8.71 million. The buildings combine for nearly 84,000 square feet.
