Iowa Women’s Foundation announces $40,000 in child care solutions grants
Six child care organizations in Iowa will receive a combined $40,000 in grants from the Iowa Women’s Foundation 2021 Building Community Child Care Solutions Fund, the IWF announced today. Programs will use funds to cover certification, training and licensing for child care entrepreneurs; facilities expansion and new builds; and in before- and after-school programming. To date, $110,000 has been awarded since the fund began in 2018. More information on the BCCCSF grant awardees, and other grant awardees through IWF is available online.
