An English bulldog named Patch was named the most beautiful during Drake University’s Beautiful Bulldog Contest on Monday night. Twenty-nine bulldogs competed in the 44th annual contest to name the official mascot of this week’s Drake Relays. Patch is owned by Jennifer Hinton and Joel Kornder of Johnston. As part of Patch’s reign, she will represent Drake at events during this week’s relays.
