Friday’s opening will include a tree-lighting ceremony with Santa, and Make-A-Wish Iowa will grant a wish for one of its wish kids. Jolly Holiday Lights will run daily through Sunday, Jan. 7, with the 10-minute lights-to-music show running every 30 minutes starting at 5 p.m. and continuing until 30 minutes before the center closes. Jolly Holiday Lights is Make-A-Wish Iowa’s primary fundraising event, with funds used to grant critically ill children’s wishes, according to a press release. While the show is free to the public, donations can be made directly to the organization by scanning QR codes throughout the shopping center, online at jollyholidaylights.org or in the Wish Shop in Suite 634.
