U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Anita Shodeen has rejected efforts by developer Dan Stanbrough  to reorganize the finances of a business that operates the Keck City Center at 500 Grand Ave. Dan Stanbrough LC had been under fire from creditors and the U.S. trustee overseeing the reorganization, which included a plan to modify a $5 million loan with Regions Bank and pay more than $500,000 in delinquent property taxes. In separate filings, Stanbrough is attempting to reorganizing the finances of four other businesses that are involved in commercial real estate development and leasing. In a Business Record article last year, Stanbrough and his wife, Tammy, blamed Regions for hardball negotiations in an attempt to transfer their loan to a different lender.
