Keen Project Solutions names new president

Waters, Matt Frandsen and Cory Larson founded the engineering, procurement and construction company in 2014 in Ames. Before becoming president, Waters has led operations for the business. Frandsen, who served as president since 2014, will now serve as executive vice president of business development to continue building relationships with Keen customers, industry partners and communities the company serves, according to a news release. Larson has assumed the position of executive vice president of project development aiming to further grow Keen’s commercial business unit. Keen serves agricultural, commercial and industrial customers and has offices in Ankeny and Kansas City and has plans for expansion. “At Keen, we believe milestones matter. This transition marks an important milestone for Keen Project Solutions and highlights the strong foundation we as owners have created together,”Frandsen said in a prepared statement. “Future opportunities to grow and retain workforce, navigate the use of AI, and accommodate advances in engineering and construction will require sound leadership. With Dustin leading the way, we’re confident Keen is ready for its next phase of growth and opportunity in the years ahead.”
