Kohl’s partners with Blank Children’s Hospital on kids’ health programs
Kohl’s Cares, an initiative of retailer Kohl’s Corp., has partnered with Blank Children’s Hospital to offer programs to address childhood obesity in Central Iowa.
On Oct. 27, Kohl’s Cares will donate $93,378 to Blank to help nearly 3,200 Iowa children learn the importance of being physically active and getting proper nutrition.
The program offers educational presentations as well as CATCH (Coordinated Approach to Child Health) curriculum and support to 45 after-school programs across Central Iowa.
