Korver to keynote annual youth banquet
Serve Our Youth Network (SOY) has invited Klayton Korver, former Drake men’s basketball standout and director of operations for the Kyle Korver Foundation.
and Seer Outfitters in Chicago, to speak at its sixth annual fund-raising banquet on Sept. 22 at Embassy Suites on the River in downtown Des Moines. The faith-based organization has served high-risk youth in Central and Southern Iowa since 1999. The banquet is free, and those who would like to attend can register by calling SOY at (641) 620-9037.
