Tom Kuehl has announced his upcoming retirement as CEO of The Members Group and chief operating officer of its parent company, Affiliates Management Co. Kuehl, who began his credit union career in the early 1980s with Iowa Corporate Central Credit Union, in 1987 helped establish the payment processing companies that became The Members Group. “For more than 30 years, Tom has been a visionary leader, change agent and strong advocate for the credit union movement,” said Patrick Jury, president and CEO of AMC and the Iowa Credit Union League. Kuehl will remain in his current positions until a new CEO is appointed and will work with the new CEO to ensure a successful transition, Jury said.
