Whiterock Conservancy and Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation were recently certified as Service Enterprise organizations. The designation is awarded by the Service Enterprise Initiative, led by Points of Light, which helps nonprofits leverage the skills and talents of volunteers to address community needs. The initiative is currently delivered through Volunteer Iowa, a part of a national network of Service Enterprise Hubs, which has certified more than 400 organizations across the country since 2012. Whiterock Conservancy and Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation join more than 25 organizations across Iowa that have received the Service Enterprise certification.
