Des Moines-based LCS has started construction on a senior living complex, the Delaney of Bridgewater, in Bridgewater, N.J.

Des Moines-based LCS has started construction on a senior living complex, the Delaney of Bridgewater, in Bridgewater, N.J. The 262,000-square-foot, 224-unit facility will provide independent, assisted and memory care units and will open fall 2020. Financial terms were not disclosed.
