Lead DSM announced the addition of two new leaders to its team with the appointments of Mallory Riesberg as learning and programs director and Elizabeth Silva as operations manager. Riesberg, a graduate of the organization’s Community Connect program, began her role earlier this year and oversees the development and delivery of its leadership programs. Silva, who joined in September, brings more than a decade of operations and community leadership experience and will focus on internal processes and organizational strategy. “Our vision for the future of Lead DSM calls for both people-centered strategy and mission-aligned action,” said Executive Director Amy Jennings. “Mallory and Elizabeth each bring a rare combination of heart and skill. Their leadership will strengthen our capacity to serve and to scale.”
