Leadership class to announce fund drive for House of Mercy projec
The Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute (GDMLI) Class of 2012 will announce a six-month fund-raising effort for the House of Mercy – the house 2 HOME Permanent Housing Transformation Project. The House of Mercy provides clinical services for women undergoing substance abuse treatment, plus transitional housing and permanent housing. The GDMLI will provide the fundraising, marketing and design, and construction skills for the $180,000 project.
