The Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute will honor six people at its Distinguished Leadership Awards ceremony on April 19 at the Polk County Convention Complex.

Honorees are: Steve Zumbach, receiving the Arthur Davis Distinguished Leadership Award; Kyle Krause, the Distinguished Business Leadership Award; Dory Briles, the Distinguished Civic Leadership Award; Jeri Le Henry, the Distinguished Education Leadership Award; Charles Schneider, the Distinguished Government Leadership Award; and Lance Henning, the Distinguished Neighborhood Leadership Award.
