Lee Enterprises Inc. said Deborah Anselm has been named publisher of the Quad-City Times in Davenport, succeeding Greg Veon, who is retiring after nearly 40 years with the company.

Lee Enterprises Inc. said Deborah Anselm has been named publisher of the Quad-City Times in Davenport, succeeding Greg Veon, who is retiring after nearly 40 years with the company. Anselm has been general manager of Times Media Co., a Lee Enterprises print and digital media operation in northwest Indiana.
