Lisa M. Smith has been elected president and CEO of Broker Dealer Financial Services Corp., Investment Advisors Corp. and Bankers Financial Services Corp., the firms’ parent company BDFSC Holdings Corp., announced. Smith succeeds Michael T. Sherzan, who has held the position since 1991 and will continue on the company’s board of directors.
