DesMoinesRegister.com reports that 98 Investments LLC, a development firm controlled by commercial real estate broker Marcus Pitts, plans to build a three-story, $4.7 million mixed-use building that would replace an empty parks department storage building at 719 S.W. Third St. The project will include about 30 apartments.
