Lodging association hosts benefit for hotelier
The Iowa Lodging Association, along with hoteliers and business leaders in Iowa, are hosting a benefit for Tony Allen, former general manager for Heart of America Hotels in Des Moines.
Allen stepped down from his position after being diagnosed with a brain tumor. The event will be from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. on June 26 at the West Des Moines Marriott. Admission is $10.
