Iowa City Press-Citizen: Gov. Kim Reynolds has recommended that the state adopt a budget that allots $2 million toward the creation of a collaborative center for researchers and agricultural business this week. If the funding makes it through the legislative budget-crafting season, an Iowa Biosciences Development Center would be established in Des Moines where researchers at the University of Iowa and Iowa State University would collaborate with Iowa businesses.
