Make It OK hopes to help Iowans start conversations and take steps toward creating a more supportive culture around mental health with its Hey Iowa campaign. Iowans can get involved this month by downloading the Free 2025 toolkit, showing their support on May 16 by wearing green, taking a pledge to talk about mental health year round or registering their workplace to help reduce mental health stigma.
