AIB College of Business reports that most students who will attend the school in 2015-2016 will complete work toward a degree before the school shuts down in June 2016. AIB plans to donate the Des Moines campus to the University of Iowa, which will oversee an operation that could include course and program offerings from Iowa State University and the University of Northern Iowa too. In a news release, AIB reported that many students have decided to shift from a four-year degree program to an associate degree to finish before AIB ends operations. Those who can’t finish work toward a degree will have the option of transferring to another school. Read more
