Master Builders of Iowa has announced it is holding the “Building a Better You” wellness retreat July 10-11 in Coralville. The two-day event invites Iowa businesses to hear from speakers from the John Maxwell Leadership Institute, the NFL and the Kansas City Chiefs on leadership, mental health and workplace well-being. The retreat will also feature breakout sessions covering the eight dimensions of wellness, interactive workshops and networking opportunities. “This retreat is about more than just personal development — it’s about reshaping workplace culture to support healthier, more fulfilled lives,” Tara Rinehart, vice president of industry education at Master Builders of Iowa, said in a prepared statement. “Attendees will leave empowered with practical tools to build resilience, boost productivity, and live with greater purpose.” To view the event agenda, click here.
