The last of four public meetings to discuss the development of the city of Des Moines comprehensive planning document is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Polk County River Place, 2309 Euclid Ave. PlanDSM – Creating Our Tomorrow is a three-year effort by the city to develop a new comprehensive plan to update and replace the 2020 Community Character Plan that was adopted in August 2000.
