Mercy College reports record enrollment
Mercy College of Health Sciences reported a fall 2011 semester enrollment of 833 full- and part-time degree-seeking students, an increase of 5 percent over fall 2010 and a record-high enrollment for the institution. According to Mercy College officials, 51 percent of the students are enrolled in the School of Nursing, while programs in the School of Allied Health account for 17 percent of enrollment. The remaining 32 pecent of students are enrolled in degree offerings in the School of Liberal Arts and Sciences, which also includes pre-professional students.
