Merrick joins Iowa Innovation Corporation
The Iowa Innovation Corp. announced this morning that Karen Merrick, formerly of the Iowa Economic Development Authority, will be its chief operating officer.
The nonprofit corporation serves as a bridge between private industry, government and academia to bring innovative ideas to Iowa, according to a release.
