Minburn Communications has received a $300,000 economic development grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture that will be used to sweeten a revolving loan that has been used so far to help finance projects in Perry. This is the second $300,000 grant that Woodward-based Minburn Communications has received for the revolving loan fund, which now stands at $720,000, including two separate $30,000 matches from Minburn Communications and Aureon. The first project to receive funding under the program was a sally port and garage for the Perry police station. The latest contributions will be used for a zero percent loan to Perry Economic Development for a 30,000-square-foot speculative warehouse that is being built in the Perry Industrial Park.
