Mittera Group acquires Waterloo printer
Mittera Group Inc., a Des Moines-based multi-platform communications company, announced today that it will acquire the business of Pioneer Graphics, a longtime Waterloo commercial printer. The Pioneer Graphics business will be combined with Mittera Group’s Colorfx facility in Waverly.
Pioneer Communications will continue to operate its publishing office in Des Moines, Mittera officials said in a press release. The company does not anticipate any significant job losses due to the consolidation, and the majority of employees will transition into its Colorfx-Waverly facility.
