The Mixify Tour truck will bring a message of soft drink moderation to teens at the Iowa State Fair. The truck, which is ending a national tour with the stop in Iowa. The Mixify initiative, led by the American Beverage Association, aligns with a goal to reduce Americans’ beverage calorie intake by 20 percent by 2020 and encourages teens to “balance what you eat, drink and do.” The brightly colored truck will serve as a dance floor, game room and lounge. The Mixify Tour truck will be present for the first three days of the fair, and will also participate in the State Fair Parade this evening. On Thursday, Aug. 13, it will be parked near the Jacobson Exhibition Center, across from the Bud Light Stage.
