Owner MRES West Glen Holdings LP of Omaha wants to construct two buildings that will add a total of 108 one-bedroom apartments. The City Council needs to approve changes to plans for the retail, office and residential development that called for structured parking and a mix of structured parking and retail and restaurant uses for the sites where the new buildings are planned. One building will have three floors of residential units above parking and retail and restaurant space. The other building will have five floors of apartments above structured parking. The changes received unanimous support from the City Council.
