GC3 LLC, a West Des Moines-based insurance reconstruction business, has appointed Tom Nadler as its new CEO and Dave Bell as chief operating officer. Nadler, previously vice president for large loss consulting for the company, has spent the past 25 years in executive leadership roles, with earlier career experience in project management, consulting, cost control and design. His multisector construction expertise includes a background in commercial, industrial and agribusiness operations. Bell, who prior to joining GC3 in 2018 was vice president with Superior Construction, has extensive sales and business experience. Under their leadership, GC3 plans to become a more client-facing business with the launch of a 24/7 call center in September that can support both insured businesses directly as well as insurance carriers. Established in 1995 as the reconstruction arm of GuideOne Insurance, GC3 provides insurance carriers and commercial property owners and managers a single point of contact for emergency, mitigation, cleaning and general contracting services. GC3 employs 14 people at its West Des Moines headquarters and has a field staff of six.
