NCMIC has announced the promotion of three long-standing leaders to senior executive positions as part of new CEO David Siebert’s effort to strengthen the company’s leadership team. Melissa Knutson, with the company since 2004, has been named chief strategy officer; Traci Galligan, who joined in 2009, has been appointed chief human resources officer; and Scott Gojkovich, who came on board in 2019, will serve as senior vice president of insurance. “Promoting strong leaders from within ensures continuity and sets us up for long-term growth,” Siebert said in a prepared statement. “Even more importantly, we know from experience that each of these individuals exemplifies our ‘We Take Care of Our Own’ philosophy and will continue putting our employees, customers and community first.”
