Belin McCormick has announced Espnola “Nola” Cartmill as the new president of the law firm. Cartmill attended the University of Iowa for her undergraduate degree and graduated from Harvard Law School. Her primary practice areas are in family law and employment law, and she has litigated cases before Iowa’s district and appellate courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2016, she was an honoree for the Business Record’s Forty Under 40 and the National Black Lawyers Forty Under 40 awards.
