The Iowa Architectural Foundation (IAF) is now accepting nominations for the 2024 Community Enhancement Awards. The awards celebrate individuals, organizations, agencies and communities outside the architecture profession that have made significant contributions to the quality of life in Iowa through their support of architecture, urban design or historic vitalization. Awardees will have shown exceptional leadership, vision and dedication to enhancing Iowa communities. A committee of community members and IAF volunteers will review initial nominations, followed by a jury of architects and non-architects to select the winners. Recipients will be notified by Aug. 19.
