Earlier this year, the $19.6 million-project was awarded $710,800 in tax benefits through Iowa’s High Quality Jobs Program. The project is also expected to receive $1.6 million from the city of Urbandale through a tax increment finance rebate. The Urbandale City Council in April approved the project’s site plan.
