Katecho Real Estate LLC, located in Des Moines, paid Airport Development LC, managed by Knapp Properties, just over $3 million for nearly 20 acres near Southwest 28th Street and Army Post Road, Polk County real estate records show. Katecho, a medical and cosmetic product manufacturer, is located at 4020 Gannett Ave. The seven undeveloped parcels acquired by Katecho are in the 2700 block of Army Post Road; 2700 S.W. 28th St.; 2600 S.W. 28th St.; 2500 Gannett Ave.; 2400 Gannett Ave.; 2300 Gannett Ave.; and the 2250 block of Gannett Ave. The transaction was recorded May 15.
