ABC of Iowa Apprenticeship Trust paid $1.1 million to Collective Investment Management Inc. for an office building at 3100 Enterprise Drive in Grimes. At the time of the sale on Oct. 23, the property was valued at $1.4 million.
McKee Auto Center Inc. paid $302,000 to Doug Kilian for the business’s location at 5095 N.E. 14th St. in Des Moines. At the time of the sale on Oct. 18 the property was valued at $220,000.
