ABC of Iowa Apprenticeship Trust paid $1.1 million to Collective Investment Management Inc. for an office building at 3100 Enterprise Drive in Grimes. At the time of the sale on Oct. 23, the property was valued at $1.4 million.

McKee Auto Center Inc. paid $302,000 to Doug Kilian for the business’s location at 5095 N.E. 14th St. in Des Moines. At the time of the sale on Oct. 18 the property was valued at $220,000.

Integrity Printing LLC will pay $490,000 in its contract to purchase an office and warehouse at 1923 N.W. 92nd Court in Clive from Marlys Hocker. At the time of the sale on Oct. 15, the property was valued at $430,000.

CF Investors LLC paid $1.15 million to Davis Investment Co. for a warehouse at 1658 E. Euclid Ave. in Des Moines. At the time of the sale on Oct. 3, the property was valued at slightly more than $1 million.

Emogine Inc. paid $300,000 to 100 Indiana LLC for a warehouse at 100 Indiana Ave. in Des Moines. At the time of the sale on Oct. 2, the property was valued at $424,000.
