LDR Iowa IV LLC paid Des Moines Storage LC $1.65 million for property at 790 Frontier Road in Waukee, Dallas County real estate records show. The property includes 196 storage units spread over seven buildings. Some of the units are climate-controlled. The structures were built in 2004. The property is valued at $1 million. LDR Iowa is managed by Spensa Management LLC, based in Excelior, Minn., records show. The transaction was recorded on Aug. 28.
Midwest Radio Inc. paid Van Meter Inc. $1.5 million for property at 1751 Guthrie Ave. in Des Moines, Polk County real estate records show. The 2.2-acre tract includes a 25,200-square-foot, two-story warehouse and offices. The structure was built in 1994. The property in 2019 was valued at $1.5 million. Midwest Radio is managed by developer Richard Eychaner. The transaction was recorded on Aug. 21.
34th Avenue SW LLC, based in Charlotte, N.C., paid Altoona Lion Development Group LLC $660,000 for property at 765 34th Ave. S.W. in Altoona, real estate records show. The transaction was recorded Aug. 24.
Mant LLC paid Lori Knoblauch LLC $1.6 million for property at 1850 S.E. Destination Drive in Grimes, records show. The 2.7 acres includes a 26,100-square-foot warehouse constructed in 2002. The property was valued at $1.7 million. Mant LLC is managed by Russ Manternach, who has offices in West Des Moines. The transaction was recorded on Aug. 25.
Karvir Land Holdings LLC, based in Ankeny, paid D&M Land Holdings LLC $900,000 for property at 301 Sandpiper Court in Polk City, records show. The property includes a self-service car wash constructed in 1999. The property is valued at $418,000. The transaction was recorded on Aug. 25.
