The ground is south of Northeast 36th Street/Northeast 110th Avenue and about one-fourth mile west of Northeast 38th Street. The transaction was recorded Dec. 20.

Elwell Inc., located in Alleman, paid DRA Properties LC $9.59 million for more than 466 acres of farm ground in northern Polk County, records show. Much of the land is located west of Alleman. One parcel is located west of Interstate Highway 35. The transaction was recorded Dec. 20.

CEE3 LLC, located in Ankeny, paid TLC 3 LLC $1.65 million for property at 1711 S.W. Plaza Parkway in Ankeny, records show. The property includes an 8,112-square-foot medical office building constructed in 2015. The property is valued at $1.27 million. The transaction was recorded Dec. 20.

4171 Broadway LLC, located in Des Moines, paid William and Meghan Canada $1.1. million for property at 4171 E. Broadway Ave., records show. The nearly 5-acre property includes a mobile home park. The property is valued at $575,000. The transaction was recorded Dec. 20.

Austin and Alisa Strohbehn paid Nick and Jordan Johnston $1.22 million for property at 5665 Glen Oaks Point in West Des Moines, records show. The property includes a 3,942-square-foot, two-story house built in 2008. The property is valued at $575,000. The transaction was recorded Dec. 21.

3310 Lincoln LLC, managed by Todd Millang, paid We Can Build It LC just over $1 million for property at 3310 and 3420 Lincoln Place Drive in Des Moines, records show. The property at 3310 Lincoln Place Drive includes a 3,432-square-foot two-story house built in 1999. The parcel includes 1.7 acres. Westco Hull LLC, located in Ramsey, Minn., paid Boysen Properties LLC $3.2 million for property at 2101 Hull Ave. in Des Moines, records show. Three Minneapolis entities paid Eig14t KCE 6 IA West Des Moines LLC $5.4 million for property at 865 S. 51st St. in West Des Moines, records show. The 1.5-acre parcel includes a 12,466-square-foot child care center built in 2020. The center is occupied by KinderCare Learning Center. The Minnesota entities that purchased the property are Grass Lake at Lyndale LLC, Grass Lake at 13th LLC and Grass Lake at 18th LLC. The property is valued at $4.7 million. Provision Properties LLC, located in Clive, paid David and Wendy Kunkle $1.1 million for property at 1102 and 1106 S.E. Belmont Drive in Ankeny, records show. The 1-acre parcel includes two two-story apartment buildings constructed in 1968. The buildings each include eight apartment units. The property is valued at $1.1 million.
