Millennials now make up nearly half of the U.S. households with assets worth more than $25 million, according to a new report from Spectrem Group. This short piece from ThinkAdvisor provides some interesting highlights from the report. “While net household wealth among affluent investors continued to increase last year, it did not match the pace it had experienced in prior years,” Spectrem Group’s president, George Walper Jr., says in the article. “Despite this, the total number of households in the upper wealth segments in the United States has nearly doubled since the onset of the global financial crisis in 2008.” Check out the article here.
