Chili’s Grill & Bar is opening — wait for it — a pop-up boutique on Cyber Monday, and it goes far beyond the typical brand T-shirts. As Fast Company reports, you can find that special pair of $20 Chili’s baby back ribs cuff links; a $15 “I Feel God In This Chili’s Tonight” shirt for your favorite fan of “The Office”; or a $75 Skillet Queso bomber jacket (very on-trend). Talk about diversified sales. Businesses have already kicked off the cyber sales ahead of Thanksgiving weekend, and industry observers are preparing for another potentially record-breaking Monday; in 2017, the U.S. saw $6.59 billion in sales, “making it the largest U.S. online shopping day ever,” Forbes reported.
