Open house planned at new Monarch Apartments

A program is planned at noon at the housing community, located at 4845 Merle Hay Road in Des Moines. Anawim converted the former Days Inn Hotel into 40 housing units that include 24-hour on-site support services and staff. The apartments support Anawim’s mission of creating safe, stable and affordable housing for the community’s most vulnerable residents.
